Ilan Ben-David - CEO and Founder Ilan has held various top managerial positions in the printing industry, particularly at Scitex (Nasdaq: SCIX). In the last position he held there, Ilan was VP research and CTO of Karat Digital Press (KDP), a joint venture owned by Scitex and KBA, of which he was a cofounder. Prior to his joining Scitex, he was a group manager with Optrotech (later merged with Orbot to form Orbotech, Nasdaq: ORBK). Ilan is an electrical and mechanical engineer, with numerous patents and patent applications in diversified fields. Inherently an entrepreneurial technologist, Ilan is the moving force behind Genoa.

Dr. Shmuel Roth - VP Technologies Shmuel is regarded as one of the top electro-optic practical scientists in Israel and is world renowned in avionics and defence-related electro-optics research and implementation. He spent 19 years with El-Op, Electro-Optical Industries (a subsidiary of ELBIT, Nasdaq: ESLT) where he rose from a senior lasers physicist to marketing and research manager of the electro-optical countermeasures business unit. He achieved senior scientist status, the highest professional status in El-Op. Shmuel received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in electro-optics from Bar Ilan University.

Dr. Moshe Ben-Chorin - Chief Scientist and Founder Moshe is a respected scientist in the areas of solid-state physics and optical spectroscopy, with a rich professional and academic experience in various areas in physics. Moshe was Principal Physicist at Karat Digital Press, a Scitex subsidiary, where he was primarily engaged in developing algorithms and methods to match a color proof with a keyless, anilox printing press. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics (Talpiot) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, cum laude; an M.Sc. in Physics, Technion, Haifa; and a Ph.D. in Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |

Oded Ben-David - VP Research & Development Oded has accumulated significant development experience as a project manager of advanced laser electro-optical programs at El-Op, Israel's largest electro-optics industry, a subsidiary of Elbit, (Nasdaq: ESLT). Oded has overseen tight scheduled Built-to-Spec programs for US/NATO customers, as well as ambitious development programs for US aviation companies and the Israeli Air-Force (IAF). He managed the marketing for the Laser Product Division in El-Op. Oded earned a B.Sc. Physics-Math in the elite TALPIOT program and an M.Sc. in Physics from the Weizman Institute of Science.
