Implementation of ColorPeak™ in single-panel projection systems is relatively simple. For devices using a color wheel, additional segments are added. Where the device uses a color drum, additional facets are added. Genoa has successfully implemented single-panel systems of both these kinds. Additionally, the Keshet™ multi-primary conversion chip from Genoa has to be integrated in the display driver electronics.

ColorPeak™ is typically able to offer an increase in both the size of the color gamut and the brightness of the display. The extent to which one of these parameters is preferred over another is a customer decision. However, as a rule of thumb, a high brightness system can achieve about 40% more brightness than the equivalent RGB system with a similar color gamut; a high color system can achieve significantly improved color quality, extending to 100% NTSC or more, without any loss of brightness as compared to the equivalent RGB projector. The implementation cost of ColorPeak™ in single panel projection systems is negligible, which makes it a very cost effective solution.
